How does Auraease help us?
The Earth we stand on is constantly rotating and moving, and thus creating its own vibration. Our body also has a vibration which is made up of living cells that are continuously moving, vibrating and growing in particular patterns. With multiple research, it has been proven that the vibration of the Earth (Schumann Resonances-SR) influences the vibrational frequency of the human body. Thus, when the vibration of the Earth and the body are synchronized, we are healthy physically and psychologically. The Earth resonates with an electromagnetic frequency of Schumann resonances (SR), which falls within the range of alpha human brainwaves.
Schumann Resonances is an Electromagnetic phenomenon named after a German physicist W.O. Schumann in 1952. He identified the frequency of the Earth’s magnetic field as a range of frequencies within the natural human alpha brainwaves considered to be the optimum state for well-being and healing.

There is a strong correlation between Schumann Resonances and alpha brain rhythms in the 7-12 Hz range (Hermann König, 1979). Research has also shown, that when we have an abundance of alpha brainwave frequencies we stay healthy. NASA is also familiar with this study and have created the Schumann resonators into their space shuttles to safeguard the health of astronauts when they are beyond the influence of the Earth and its vital frequency.
Tesla also spoke of this frequency stating, “Alpha waves in the human brain are between 6 and 8 hertz. The wave frequency of the human cavity resonates between 6 and 8 hertz. All biological systems operate in the same frequency range. The human brain's alpha waves, function in this range and the electrical resonance of the Earth is between 6 and 8 hertz.
